Children's National Medical Center
Public Health Parcel, Washington, DC
Children's National Medical Center sought strategic visioning, planning, budgeting, and design guidance for a building and site formerly part of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, with the goal of creating a major pediatric clinical and research facility. The existing building, constructed in the mid-1950s, housed the former Armed Forces Institute of Pathology and National Museum of Health and Medicine, and is part of the Walter Reed Historic District.
